Working with our global partners we were been able to establish and maintain a steady supply of PPE products from China, to USA and Africa.
Here at home we built a ground-up USA based manufacturing facility producing Masks,
Respirators, Bonnets, and Booties.

GROUND UP MANUFACTURING
START - UP
Ground up start up and facility design and build out August 2020
As a key strategic and planning group, working with investors and owners on their start-ups we were able to guide them through the many challenges start-ups face.

Assessed and audited all US based material manufacturers required for Berry compliance (MADE in USA).

Imported equipment and materials needed for manufacturing facility including transport & logistics

Established product pricing matrix and contracts,

Secured sales volumes to meet Q4 2020 and Q1 2021 goals

Design/built facility to a fully functional ISO 8 clean room and laboratory

Interviewed and hired all operations and quality staffing and leadership.

Our methods and metrics are universal across several industries.
Food production and manufacturing packaging lines in need of help delivering lower costs, higher efficiencies, and lower MUVs (material usage variances).
In just a 4 month timeframe our teams were able to establish new data gathering methods and metrics within the current ERP system and trained management on what the information is telling them. From there we have been able institute several improvement initiatives, root cause & corrective actions, and with a small amount of financial investment to attain the goals.
Removed process bottles necks and equipment issues that reduced downtime events by 60%.
Processes centerline established and trained that led to lines speed improvements over 300% increase.
Through properly applying SPC removed 2.5% MUVs leading to over $2M in annual savings.
